Why should I exhibit at a tradeshow?
Trade shows are the single most cost-effective and efficient way for wholesale suppliers to reach the largest number of potential buyers for the merchandise they carry, and we are delighted that you have chosen to exhibit at one of ASD/AMD's industry-leading trade shows.
How do I obtain booth space at an ASD/AMD Merchandise Group show?

How big are the booths?
Depending on the show, standard booths are either 10' x 10' or 8' x 10'
How much does booth space cost?
Booth space is sold as a package, with the price varying per show; peninsulas and corner spaces require an additional premium. A typical booth package includes complete set-up, backdrop and divisional sides; a plastic-top-covered table, two chairs and a waste basket and a complimentary listing in the official Show Directory. In addition, the ASD/AMD Trade Shows offer free marketing mail aids, comprehensive nationwide mailings to buyers and full-time telemarketing to buyers at no additional charge to exhibitors.
How can I pay for my exhibit space?
Payment for the two Las Vegas mega-shows, in February/March and August, is by check only. Four weeks prior to show date, only cashiers' checks are accepted. For our other shows, in New York and Atlantic City, credit cards are accepted for deposit only, with balance of payment due by check. How many buyers attend ASD/AMD Merchandise Group Trade Shows?
Our two mega-events, the ASD/AMD Trade Show-Las Vegas, the three-in-one show comprised of ASD/AMD Merchandise Show, ASD/AMD's Las Vegas Gift Expo and the ASD/AMD Jewelry Show, draw approximately tens of thousands of pre-qualified buyers. Our variety and general merchandise shows held in New York, Atlantic City and Los Angeles draw an average of 5,000 to 15,000 buyers, depending on the show.
Can the public attend these shows?
No. All ASD/AMD Merchandise Group shows are open to the trade only. Additionally, no one under 16 is admitted to the display area, and no retail sales are permitted.
Where are ASD/AMD Trade Shows held?
Our two mega-events--the ASD/AMD Trade Show-Las Vegas, in conjunction with ASD/AMD's Las Vegas Gift Expo and the ASD/AMD Las Vegas Jewelry Show at the Mirage, are presented at the Sands Expo Center, the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Mirage Events Center and Grand Ballroom-are held yearly in February/March and August,
Our two New York events, ASD/AMD's New York Variety Merchandise Shows, are held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in January and September. ASD/AMD's Atlantic City Variety Merchandise Show in May takes place at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

How can I find out about discounted room rates for the show?

The original designation was for "Associated Surplus Dealers" and "Associated Merchandise Dealers."
